What is the delivery time?

The delivery time consists of two phases:

 

1.  Processing time

 

Within 13 business days after placing the order, it will be checked, approved, and packed. The package is then prepared for shipping.

2.  Delivery time

 New Zealand: 510 business days

 

Shipping is handled by Nzpost. All shipping times exclude any potential customs delays. During busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, and New Years, deliveries may take longer.

 

What does shipping cost?

We offer free premium shipping. This includes insurance in case of theft, loss, or damage to the package.

 

Where is my package?

After shipment, the customer will receive an email with a tracking number.

The order can be tracked via the tracking page on our website. To do this, click on “track your order” in the main menu on our website.

For logistical reasons, the order may be shipped in multiple partial shipments.

 

My tracking number isn’t working

It may take up to 5 business days for tracking information to be updated. If the tracking still shows no information after a few days, please contact customer service.
